Here are some of the services we offer.

Mobile A/C Service

Its hot outside and you need to cool down. We now offer onsite A/C service. Give us a call and we can change out your old A/C components, connect our A/C machine to recharge your A/C system.

Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaning

Often times, blocked diesel particulate filters are caused by short journeys at low speeds. Vehicles operating at low speeds on short journeys are unable to meet the requirements for the filter to clean itself.

DPFs can also fail due to poor servicing. The lifespan of a diesel particulate filter varies based on the application. For example, the Cummins ISX15 engine’s filter has an interval for cleaning up to 400,000 to 600,000 miles—although it will need to regenerate before hitting the 400,000 mile mark.

Just like there are two main particulates being filtered, there are two types of cleanings that are required. Regeneration cleans out the soot by converting the carbon to carbon dioxide, and the ash is removed by removing the filter and cleaning it in a machine with compressed air.

Pre- Inspections and DOT Inspections

The concept of a pre-service inspection should be applied to all equipment new to a fleet, or owner operator whether new or used.

With used trucks, beginning with a “C” level PM inspection (and service) is preferred and recommended. Additionally, all accessible nuts, bolts, and adjustments (lug nuts, hub nuts, axle nuts, bell housing bolts, motor mounts, dash screws, front-end alignment, etc.) not normally checked as part of a level C inspection should be checked, retorqued, and/or adjusted. Developing a pre-service checklist of what you consider key components is critical.

You should also consider doing pre-service inspections on vehicles that have been inactive for a significant amount of time (due to extended maintenance, driver unavailability, accident repairs, etc.).

Every commercial motor vehicle must be inspected every 12 months by a qualified inspector who has training or certification to inspect and maintain commercial motor vehicles. The term commercial motor vehicle includes each vehicle in a combination vehicle. For example, for a tractor semitrailer, full trailer combination, the tractor, semitrailer, and the full trailer (including the converter dolly if so equipped) must each be inspected.

A motor carrier must not use a commercial motor vehicle unless each component identified in Appendix G of 396 subchapter B has passed an inspection at least once during the preceding 12 months, and documentation of such inspection is on the vehicle. Your specific State may have additional requirements regarding vehicle inspections. Please check with your respective State for additional inspection requirements.

Diagnostics

Diagnostic tools quickly and accurately point to problem areas in an engine or elsewhere, thanks to built-in processors, microchips and sensors.

Diagnostic tests can reveal problems within an engine, transmission, exhaust system, brakes, and other major components, as well as performance issues with the fuel injector, air flow and coolant, ignition coils/glow plugs, and throttle.

Diagnostic tools can also check a car’s computer system for manufacturer notifications and stored information about the car’s history, giving technicians a complete picture in order to perform the best repair possible.

Preventative Maintenance Services

Preventive maintenance (PM) is the key to any successful maintenance program for commercial motor vehicles. Through preventive maintenance, vehicles are inspected, repaired, and maintained in such a way that defects are prevented from surfacing in the first place, before a violation or accident can occur.

Fleet Maintenance

Your vehicles are one of your fleet’s top investments. Taking proper care of them is integral to managing a productive business. Without a proactive approach to fleet maintenance, you risk compromising your employees’ safety, failing FMCSA inspections and paying for costly emergency repairs and unplanned downtime. That’s why the health of your vehicles is a good overall indicator of the health of your business.
